Privacy Policy
Last updated October 7, 2026
This policy explains how Noryx Systems collects, uses, shares and protects personal information through this website. We collect only what we need to respond to you, and we do not sell personal information.
Who we are
Noryx Systems (“Noryx”, “we”) is a business operating in Quebec, Canada. We handle personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector and, where it applies, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Our person in charge of the protection of personal information can be reached at [email protected].
What we collect
When you request a Revenue Review, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- your name, business name, work email and phone number
- your industry and the main problem you describe
- optional details such as your website, approximate lead volume, CRM, team size, historical lead volume and message
- your consent choices, and the date and time of your request
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. If a verification check is enabled on the form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
Why we use it
- to respond to your request and assess whether our services fit your situation
- to contact you about your request by email or phone
- to keep a record of our exchanges
- to send you occasional updates, only if you opted in
We do not use the information you submit for any other purpose without your consent, unless the law permits or requires it.
Consent
By submitting the form, you consent to the uses described above. Consent to receive updates is separate and optional, and you can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to us. Withdrawing consent does not affect our response to a request already made.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our website host (Cloudflare) and our email and form-delivery providers. They may only use it to provide their services to us and must protect it.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Quebec. Before such a transfer, we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection and put contractual safeguards in place.
Client data in engagements
When a business engages Noryx, for example for Revenue Recovery, we may process its customer and prospect records on its behalf. That processing is governed by a written agreement with the client and by applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, including Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL). Contacts who have opted out are excluded. People whose information is held by one of our clients may also contact that business directly.
Retention
We keep Revenue Review requests for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a business relationship requires us to keep them longer. After that, we delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information as required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw your consent, or to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. Write to us at the address below. We respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
